Someone offered to buy it before "Cup of wonder" and I advised him that if the person did not collect it then he would get first refusal. Person collected, I apologised to him cancelled his order. The delay was due to me being a funeral, which is the weak apology he was referring to. I am allowed to resell my own things or am I not? This was to simply to help recoup money I'd previously spent, not to make bags of profit as you seem to suggest. Even if a customer is a reseller, what's it got to do with you? Maybe they are better at business? Amazing how there's always an excuse, but your communications back at STS were laboured.
