Seller used stock images to sell the item so there was no way to assess the damage to the product before purchasing and it want disclosed in the description.

I messaged the seller and they responded quickly and fixed the problem almost immediately. This shop offers amazing customer service. The other lantern looked just like the picture. So cute! Can purchase with confidence from this seller.

Seller’s description mentioned possible open box or factory second, but it seemed sealed and included all the foam packing and such, and if it’s a factory second I can’t spot any irregularities. It was shipped in its original packaging so you could see what it was, which isn’t a problem in my neighborhood but it’s something to be aware of. All in all, absolutely stellar deal and great seller!
