It appeared as though the box may have been damaged/ dropped in transit. I contacted the seller who responded immediately. I sent some pictures and a replacement or refund was offered. Had the fountain arrived unscathed it would be a great value for the price. The seller went over and beyond what I expected to remedy the situation. I received a full refund for the item. Communication with the seller was great. He said that he will try but of course it cannot be guaranteed. I got the fountain in 5 days, just before the weekend. Everything works, and it looks beautiful. Recommended!
