After reviewing my video surveillance camera I see there was not any delivery on that date. After reviewing who dropped it of on the tracking app eBay supported the carrier/words are in Chinese. I did the next best thing and contacted the seller today March 4th at 6:40am est and asked him what’s going on? I haven’t heard anything as of 2:12pm est. Thanks

It was advertised as Jellycat Amuseables Coffee-To-Go Bag, but it is definitely not an original JELLYCAT product, there's no label or identifying tag. Also it was sold to me as "new" but it is dirty inside and seems to be pre-owned. It took a long time to ship, and the seller did not communicate with me other tracking number. I was duped, learned my lesson! I did not read the reviews before I made the purchase. The seller will not accept returns or refunds.
