I used the eBay system for unsatisfactory goods. Sent a photo and within a couple of days was refunded with the whole amount. So I am very happy with Trimmings and eBay.

Disappointed with their communication, they used to be really helpful with explaining their items but now they just send a one line message link with no explanation. However I’m looking forward to using them.
