Very fast shipping and excellent communication. Quality of Monopoly game is great, new condition in the box. The value is much better than going to a retail stores. The appearance is perfect, as a new item should be.

Well, this seller went above & beyond. They initially sent a Cobra Trooper instead of Grunt. No worries, we can always use more troops. I reached out to let them know as it could affect their inventory count but made it clear that it was all good & I'd order another Grunt from them. The seller insisted on sending the correct figure & told me to keep the trooper. An awesome seller for sure. Thanks!

That said, the abuse during travel is not the seller's fault. Item arrived in perfect, new in box condition. Exactly as described/pictured. I would strongly recommend to the seller to improve packing for safe travel on future items.
