Shipping was quite speedy and the Items were extremely well packaged -- the shipping box was damaged but all items were fine. Upon arrival, not only was there a crack in exactly the spot I asked about, but one of the critical components of the item was missing, even though the item was listed as “new”. After way too much back and forth, the seller finally agreed to issue a shipping label and refund me. Did they make it right?
