The did a poor job wrapping my part and it arrived broken, the day I got it I told them what happened and sent several photos right away. I asked if they had a replacement cause I need this part. They raised the price and said "no there are none in the price range you purchased " they waited until Ebay stepped in and sent a return label, and even now that they have it they still haven't refunded it's been over a month.
