The reason I can't rate the experience as positive is because the replacement screen didn't fit my laptop. That was so very disappointing. Overall, I would try them again if I'm ever in the need for another replacement screen.

The touch screen wasn't working at first, but it was a minute connector offset issue that had nothing to do with the new screen. It all works great now! I initially had an issue with delayed delivery that the seller sent an update about, but it arrived the very next day (2 days before the updated delivery schedule) Will do business again after it gets dropped again!
