I messaged the seller a few minutes after the purchase to let them know and within minutes, they refunded my payment and relisted the item for me to repurchase properly. Item arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

I now realize I have a bad dimm slot on my motherboard. I asked to return the stick I thought was bad and the seller sent a label and shipped me a new stick as soon as he received the one I returned. So, I received a good product, safely packaged, at the best price I could find, and the seller was super accommodating - even though I was wrong.
