They took extra photos of the hood to reassure i was okay with the quality, and appearance, and condition. They were more than fair about negotiating the price down. Shipped pretty quick but the delivery had to be to shipped to a shop (not residence). It was packaged great and the appearance looks exactly like the pictures. The value was almost worth the shipping cost.
