Unfortunately, the seller was unwilling to exchange it. I get that it was a final sale, but to me, as someone who works in the service industry, that's just really bad customer service. Unfortunately there was a mixup and I received the wrong item. When I contacted merchant, they immediately pinpointed the error and issued to me a refund upon receipt of other shoes. I felt the customer service was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend this merchant anytime. I truly appreciate them. Thank you!

Cap packed in a box but the only thing I wish they would do is put the Cap in a plastic bag before shipping it in a box. Just incase of weather damaging box. Other than that top notch. $$$ again.
