They arrived in good physical condition, well packaged and with reasonable shipping time. The first drive checked out perfectly, but the other drive was showing failure issues. Contacted the seller who was very responsive and immediately sent a replacement. Overall, an excellent experience. I would recommend this seller to anyone interested is hard drives.

Seller went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the item I needed, and even shipped UPS after I asked if it was a possibility just before Christmas! However, the seller sent the wrong power supply, which was incompatible. I contacted them, and while they acknowledged the mistake initially, they stopped responding when I requested the correct power supply or a refund. This lack of communication and resolution is frustrating and disappointing. Despite the fast delivery, I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.
