I will say that it was packaged a bit underwhelmingly, and there was some dirt inside the package for some reason?     The ECU i ordered arrived quickly and packaged very well. The appearance of the unit was great! very clean and new stickers on it with matching VIN. Their website was extremely informative and had all the instructions needed to make the installation a seamless and easy process.
