The product looks and behaves brand new. It's a Vitamix so the quality is already there. Whether or not it's a refurb I can't tell but without the refurb the product is already built to last. It's my first day with my new blender, but I am thoroughly pleased. Glad I chose this seller.

None of this is the sellers fault, but they might want to look into a different carrier for their products. It was still shrink wrapped and unopened as described. Great price for this item.
