He spent an entire Sunday communicating with me and perfectly programming this radio for me. The quality, condition, value, and appearance is great. It was packed great, arrived fast and even came with a dual band ghost antenna. I am getting outstanding gmrs reports on tx/rx. SWR 1.01 and 40 Watts tx output. I will definitely buy from this seller again and again. I thank him for his outstanding effort.
