The iMac was waaaayyy better than expected. It literally looked as if it was brand new. The packaging for shipping was out of this world. I don't recall ever receiving a used item packed as well as it was. It could have been thrown around still would not have been damaged. The valve was just right. We all know around the holidays things take longer to arrive and you cant blame the seller for that. When my package got misplaced along the way they stayed on top of the shipping company so the case didn't get lost in the holiday rush. They quickly replied to my questions, proactively reached out to me regularly with updates and through their effort I got my order before an important deadline. Next time I need refurb tech OKIDATAPROS will be my first stop!
