However, this was one of the best experiences I have had with purchasing on Ebay!. First off, the seller contacted me within an hour of my winning the auction, to ensure I understood the condition of the item and confirm shipping information and tracking. NO other seller I have dealt with has ever done that. And then, the item arrived earlier than expected, and only a few days longer than domestic orders. My only issue is that these guys need to do a better job of managing and tracking their inventory. I originally ordered 110 figures and only received 30 because that's all that they had to sell me. I was refunded the difference but, again, only because they advertised having more to sell than they actually had.
