Unfortunately, I had to return the lamp and shade, as there were some small flaws in the glazing. As it was to be a wedding present, they were too noticeable, for it to be gifted. It is a brand new lamp as well. Making it all the more disappointing. The Seller was very helpful, and very quick to help.

There was a problem with delivery (useless Evri apparently 'lost' my parcel after trying to deliver it to an office block rather than my cottage...!) However not a problem for this wonderful seller who, when I e-mailed to explain Evri's mess up, immediately sent out another window seat via DPD who delivered it the next day without any problem. A************** seller! Thank you xxxx
