Communications, shipping promptness, wrapping and quality of product all far exceeded my expectations so they are not a good or great seller they are THE BEST SELLER on EBay in our many years of buying many, many items. On Sunday, when I wondered why no tracking number, I referenced their communication that explained it would be sent Monday they sent already.
