I requested a return and was quickly issued a return label and given an assurance the refund would be issued promptly, which it was. I greatly appreciate the good communication from the seller! Would do business with again!

Unfortunately, some of the discs in the set had problems playing. The seller was helpful with great communication and sent out a return label for me to get the DVD set back for exchange. The only bad news was that they had no more of that item in stock at that point. The seller issued a refund to me instead.
