Neither he nor I knew the PM240 required the factory initial ink cartridge to complete startup. Internet search showed the factory packed cartridge was required. Seller took the PM240 as a return - paid both ways. I would definitely do business with seller again as he is honest. It was, I believe a totally honest mistake.
