Went through initial set up but anything I try and open takes a lot longer than I would expect from this type computer. Very slow loading apps, internet etc. Checked wifi connection, updates etc but still slow. Tried opening gaming hub but gave internet loss error Did? Did not expect these issues and have to contact HP for further assist. I'm a bit bummed.

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
