We saw something loose in the enclosure. I ring needed to hold the bulb in place was either broken or dislodged from the socket where it was supposed to be. Contacted the seller who refunded half the purchase price of the item as the other one was fine. I was satisfied with this and replaced the damaged item through another vendor
