What's crazy is that this brand new one is 25% less than what I paid for the reconditioned one. Took a bit longer than expected to ship, but all in all a great seller. Unit works perfectly, no leaks, no squeaks. With that said, it was SLIGHTLY larger than the old unit so getting it seated was a challenge, but eventually fell into place and worked flawlessly.
