The appearance lacks scratches or even any sort of proof of previous ownership. I think the item is well worth what I paid for it. If there was one minor complaint I have, it is that it came with a generic charger. I thought it was coming with the original samsung charger so I have opted to purchase one, instead. The listing stated there was a charger, but did NOT specifically state that the charger was not original to the device.

That was not advertised and would have possibly changed my opinion. The watch 47mm Galaxy ultra seems to be new and in good working condition as advertised. I would consider using this seller again.

I had issues with one of the phones and I had to contact the seller. I got a response within 24 hours and they sent me another device that day. Took 3 days as promised and the phone has been working with 0 problems. I plan on purchasing another phone soon. Good value for an unlocked phone. Would give the experience 5 stars out of 5. Thanks

I was not pleased but the seller was quick to respond and did offer a full refund or a $15 discount should I keep the phone. To avoid more hassle, I took option 2. I will give the benefit of the doubt and assume this was an honest mistake.
