Contacted seller multiple times who says to check the tracking, but USPS says they haven't received the item from the seller and only have a pre-shipment label prepared. I let seller know and he tells me to track it with UPS, but there is not a valid tracking number to do so. I asked for refund. Seller then tells me to file a claim with both USPS and UPS, but you can't if they don't have record of receiving the package from seller.Emerica Provost G6 X Creature (#126657065032)
