I ordered a new in box bidet he took forever to ship it but that was just the beginning. When the item finally arrived I took it outside the box and right away you can see it has been used. Internal tank leaking water and it was wet. Fittings and all the components showed signs of the item being used but ok not even that was the main problem. When I plugged the water it started leaking from the inside out. Have proof pictures and videos. Contacting Ebay suppt.

After another week I ask for an update. No response. I ask again. Seller sends the exact same message that they will ship on Monday. I'm saying to myself okay, this is a scammer. Another week goes by. I get a message saying seller had go out of town and now they can't find the item. After a month ebay finally gave me a refund.
