Well, this seller went above & beyond. They initially sent a Cobra Trooper instead of Grunt. No worries, we can always use more troops. I reached out to let them know as it could affect their inventory count but made it clear that it was all good & I'd order another Grunt from them. The seller insisted on sending the correct figure & told me to keep the trooper. An awesome seller for sure. Thanks!

Initially there was some trouble with the package, and the order got mixed up, but once I informed the seller, they immediately worked to send out the correct item, and they were also very kind about the mistake and advised me to either keep the incorrect item or donate it to kids in need. Very sweet seller, and the item itself is in perfect condition just as the listing. I highly recommend purchasing from them!

Seller was apologetic and immediately shipped out the correct item and received it a couple of days later. Seller told me to keep or donate the item that was delivered initially instead of sending it back. New Item was new in box and looked great! Would definitely purchase from this seller again!
