It shouldn’t be called Royal mail , like princess Andrew , it should be stripped of its status and called Snail Mail. More people crossed the channel in small boats in one day than deliveries correctly delivered by the ROYAL MAIL PARCEL FORCE on time! This country is finished! I apologise for the delay and very annoyed as we pay for a 48 hour service and we didn't get what we paid for.

There was a mix up with delivery addresses whereby my package and that of another customer were interchanged. Ashley moved Heaven and Earth to ensure that this was rectified in the shortest possible time. I would definitely use this seller again.

As for the seller, we had a nightmare with Yodel and I get annoyed easily but he was helpful, fair and a great seller so I’d totally recommend as knowing you can rely on them is valuable! 10/10 seller F for yodel lol
