Within a few minutes the seller had reconciled the situation by issuing an immediate refund and a sincere apology. The color was slightly more vibrant in real life than in pictures. The shipping was fast and arrived with no issues. The item was packaged in plastic within the shipping bag to keep it safe. Overall I think it was a good value and would purchase again in the future.
