A few weeks ago I knocked the Oval Perfecter off my dresser, breaking the pink top piece off. I could have died, as it's the one tool I couldn't be without, and I began a search to replace it. You can no longer purchase this at Calista. I'm thrilled to have found it here on eBay with Nobody Lower. Bless you and thank you so much. I additionally purchased another for a dear friend who wanted one.

Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke.
