The one that I had before Christmas died and I needed a replacement. So I came searching on Ebay and found this supplier who had a 1" round brush and at a less price that than Calista. Granted this maybe last years but it was the right size and what I wanted. The Calista arrived in good condition and fast. I will keep this supplier on my list to check. Thank you.

Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke. Great experience with this seller.

I contacted seller to let them know. At first he said the spray was not included. I told him that the picture of the item he was selling showed the spray. He made my purchase right by refunding me 50% of what I paid. I was very happy that everything worked out ok.
