Cheap packaging for an intricate item. I will not be supporting this seller in the future.

It did not arrive and someone at Ebay saw on paper that it was never sent. This is no way to conduct a business transaction. Returning the money does not make it a proper transaction. I have bought and sold over 1100 items on ebay. Nothing like this was ever allowed.
