I explained and offered a refund and/or replacement. I have several of these for sale. I do hate this was not a good transaction for you over a popped tag on a new product. I took full responsibility for the error, not sure what else I could have done.

I am in the Military serving at an overseas base and really appreciate a seller who is competent enough to fill out a simple custom form to send to those of us with an APO box. This whole process of purchasing from this seller was quick and painless. Seller immediately took action upon purchasing and the shipping was fast it can be. Product was absolutely spot on with no hidden problems. Thank you for supporting those of us in the Military servicing aboard.

She sent the package very soon and she helped me with the process for returning the boots because it was the first time I used eBay. Seller were monotone and justb basically said oh well return it. Then proceeded to tell me he had over a 100 of them but , guess what still no offer to send me a non damaged one. Made up some excuse eBay wont let him. Typical greedy re seller swill merchant. Look at the negative feedbacks they have. They will make up any excuse to make themselves the victim. I let him know I receive my product by the case pack and apologized for not seeing a defect inside the packaging. Then I let the know eBay doesn't do swaps, if he returned the car I would issue a full refund and if he still wanted another, we would have to do a new transaction per eBay policy.
