To be clear, we told them up front a cancelled order was fine. What was not fine was wasting 2 days of my time and asking me multiple questions over and over. Not negative because they did promptly refund my money after they decided to cancel it. Another seller immediately honored the order and shipped it quickly in a way that this seller claimed wouldn't work, and that delivery went great.

Seller refunded purchase price the same day. So refreshing to see. The HP Prodesk 600 G5 MT MB is hard to get a good MB but no worries with seller that will refund right away. Will keep trying to get a good one. Seller did not communicate but did refund so mid marks for communication but top marks for service and instant refund. gave over all positive rating for that.
