I messaged the seller and she got back to me promptly about returning the thermostat and before I even had it packaged and sent back and new one was sitting on my porch. We worked that out the seller gave me a prompt response to my concerns and the item arrived well packed and unharmed. Package received no signs of damage or mishandled by carrier. Shipping via USPS proved to be a different story as the package traveled only 525 miles it took nearly 2 weeks not the fault of the seller they were very cooperative and willing to go above and beyond ready to send a replacement for the one ordered. The package was stranded in two different distribution centers and set there.
