My order was supposed to ship and delivered same week. After 3 weeks, still nothing. Called their store in Michigan and wouldn't help me because I ordered thru Ebay. Partial order final arrived 4 weeks later. Shorted me one pump (ordered 4). Seller told Ebay they shipped entire order. Ebay believed them over me! When the request was looked at, we had seen the item had shipped out that day to the customer. We informed the customer of this and provided the tracking number and the shown estimated delivery date. Order was delivered to the customer 7/22/25.
