Shame on him. We do not accept returns on some listings, and this is outlined clearly in this listing. Sometimes colors do not match perfectly. And if it is that important that the color match on your bike...you should go to your local bike shop; not order things to look at the color and then try to bully a seller into accepting the return.

After several days I asked if it had shipped and they said yes and that u should have received it. Unfortunately the item never showed up. I believe this has something to do with USPS. I was given a full refund upon request. That's the kind of customer service I like. No runaround. Great communication from the seller when i had a question.
