The only issues I found were the Y axis motor pulley was installed incorrectly and the nozzle was not tight causing filament to be extruded out of the nozzle threads. Both items corrected and I now have a fully functional printer. This was a great purchase.

Turned out to be a defective power switch. The did provide prompt, friendly email support. I think I'm really going to like this SV-07 once I get it dialed in.

If not for a few small scuffs, I would have thought the item were new. They were also very prompt in shipping and the pricing was very fair. After sales support was also great. I had some trouble with my CFS unit and they were responsive in troubleshooting with me and sending a replacement part to fix the issue. Would highly recommend!

The seller was quick to reply to messages. The printer itself is in excellent shape and though it’s listed as used there are barely any signs of wear and it is like new. This printer was a heck of a deal.
