A big shoutout to this seller. Very helpful and understanding. When the package arrived the item was wrapped in bubble wrap and news paper. Unfortunately the wooden fire ladder truck was damaged. Front axle was broken. After contacting the seller he was quick to reply and gave me a full refund since replacement parts weren’t available. Thank you for your understanding and sorry this transaction turned out this way.
