There was a problem with the first one that was sent out to me, and honestly SJM was awesome to deal with. They immediately sent out a replacement unit. The second one that arrived it was better condition than the first, but it was sliding the handle pole together that was so much smoother on the second since the first I couldn't even get the black pieces to move.

The item is well packaged in heavy cardboard box and foam padding and arrived with very minor damage, a bent steel tab, which was easily bent back into position. Amazing for traveling from east coast to the west coast. Refurbished but looks like brand new.
