I had a little problem with my laptop being registered to someone else (it turned out to be a glitch at ASUS) and when I told the seller about it, they said I had to contact ASUS directly, which I did. It still left me wondering a little, but I am pleased with the laptop.

Kind of disappointing but it was in the description. From what I could tell it was indeed new, though it had a few light marks on it. Packaging of the console was decent but felt like it could have been more protective since the console was only partly bubble wrapped, and balled up paper was used to fill the empty box space.
