I must say I was disappointed on delivery, as I was left three weeks with no messages or notifications. However when delivery was scheduled it was attended by two individuals who delivered to a third floor without quibble. Furthermore, this is luxury furniture at a discount, so in the round, a positive experience, and I both recommend and would buy again .
