When he opened it on his birthday we realized it was the wrong item and I immediately contacted the seller. I got a reply almost immediately and was told they were very sorry and would send the right product the next morning and INSISTED we should keep the one we had already received, even after suggesting I wouldn't mind returning the item. Would buy again!

(Frankly, I felt that option should be reserved for transactions over $4K). Therefore, when USPS tried to deliver to me, I wasn't vigilant and missed the attempt, (I was in the bathroom).
