Gave me a more than fair offer back. Was very nice and friendly. The watch got to me in perfect condition. If I didn’t know better. I’d say it was new. Now the watch itself was a little lackluster than I expected from asus. I’m a gamer and expected the rog experience. But that’s not the sellers fault. So if you’re looking to buy something from them. Expect quality and friendly service.
