This seller not only reimbursed us immediately 4 cord but sent a free game to my g-son.The game he sent us is actually my g-sons fav. He & his mom love playing it together! I have experience reburbishing some consoles so I took it apart and cleaned it in and out, but reached out to them. They got back to me immediately and sent me a new pin connector even though I got it to work again. Probably one of the best ebay communication I ever had with a seller, and went beyond to try to make things right even though they didnt have to with me fixing the very minor issue.
