When I was informed I had inadvertantly only paid for a postage upgrade and not the goods, the payment was refunded. I then looked at reordering correctly and noticed that the price was actually £7+ per 50ml, so I decided to purchase elsewhere.

The offer I ordered was buy 2 get 2 free so I ordered 2 items expecting to get 8 x 40 g tubes, I received 2 40g tubes, not what I ordered and charged £17.29 for 2 with free postage, Not a happy customer, why have you sent the wrong order and charged me too to add insult to injury. Look forward to your feedback Tony Wilson
