It's a well made item that should last for many more years. Appearance is obviously well worn, but it's in good, solid usable condition. Mine had a broken part, and the seller shipped me a out new one ASAP. Seller is on top of their job. If you are looking for a rucksack that you son't have to worry about getting dirty or damaging and you want to spend less than Mickey D's prices, here ya go.

Took the sustainment pouches off (not needed now, but they’re still in great condition) did a 16 to confirm what I suspected: by God, the army really does have a mighty fine ruck. Save your money off the Hill People Gear, don’t buy Mystery Ranch: get that silly MOLLE ii large, some RIT dye, learn how to use them. You may never switch away.

The item shipped out quickly, but the USPS took their sweet time with delivery by sending it all over the place before it finally arrived. This was absolutely no fault of the seller who had the correct shipping label which was completely intact. The condition and appearance were in very good condition beating expectations. Great quality and value for genuine USGI rucksack. I would recommend and use this seller again. Everything ive bought is in excellent used condition, shipping is fast, packaged well. I've seen other sellers asking much more for just the rucksack, without the extra sustainment pouches, butt sack and canteen pouches, etc. If I need any other usgi surplus gear, this will be the first place I check.
