    This item was, unfortunately, broken upon arrival. I reached out to the seller upon discovering the defect and sent a description and pictures of the problem. There really wasn't any way they could have known without taking it apart or being an expert in the field of robotic cleaners, so I can't blame them. The issue was quickly resolved and a refund was issued right away. I will not hesitate to trust this seller in the future. Thank you for helping Ebay to remain a great place to shop!
